My order is urgent, how quickly can you post it to me?
If you have chosen the express delivery option we will dispatch within 48 hours by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (UK mainland only). Excluding weekends and bank holidays.
The name that I would like to have embroidered does not fit into the text box.
There is a limit to the number of letters the embroidery machine will accept, however if you experience this problem please contact us and we will try to provide a solution.
Can I order a product without personalisation?
Yes. Please contact us.
Will you personalise something I have bought elsewhere?
No. We only personalise our own products.
I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
If you have not received your items within 10 working days of ordering please contact us and we will check the status of your order with Royal Mail for you. Please allow 15 working days during the Christmas period.
I have received my order but the name is spelt incorrectly. What should I do?
If we have made the mistake we will of course dispatch an immediate replacement. If the order was placed with the incorrect spelling please contact us to discuss ways that we may be able to help you.
Can I send to multiple addresses?
We do not currently have this facility. Please place a separate order for each address.
