Our Delivery Policy
All standard orders for delivery within the UK will be dispatched within 4-5 working days by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All orders for delivery outside the UK will be dispatched within 4-5 working days by Airmail. If you have chosen the express delivery option we will dispatch within 48 hours by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (UK mainland only). Excluding weekends and bank holidays. If you are not at home when Royal Mail attempts to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card instructing you to arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel from the main sorting office. Please be aware that if you do not contact Royal Mail within 7 days of the attempted delivery they will return the parcel to us and we will request an additional postage payment to resend the item.
